	Online registration is highly recommended. In order to make an online registration for the ASEAN-Korea CEO Summit, please sign up on the official website of the ASEAN-Korea CEO Summit. For those not wishing to register via the website, registration will also be accepted by fax or e-mail, and become valid upon confirmation by the Secretariat for the ASEAN-Korea CEO Summit. The deadline for pre-registrations of the ASEAN-Korea CEO Summit is May 8 (Fri.), 2009.
	For those not wishing to register online, please fill out the reply form enclosed, and return it to the Secretariat by fax or email. Offline registration will become valid upon confirmation by the Secretariat for the ASEAN-Korea CEO Summit.
	Notice: 1.   There is no registration fee to attend the ASEAN-Korea CEO Summit. However, please note that any travel and accommodation costs incurred should be the responsibility of each participant. 2. Please note that you may only participate in programs that you have selected. 3. Also note that modification of your registration will be available until May 8, 2009. 4.   You will not be able to modify your personal information after May 8, 2009. If you would like to modify your personal information, please contact the Secretariat. 5.   Registrants’ ID photo should be in 'JPEG' format with minimum 240x320 pixels and 50KB of file size. The photo must be one that has been taken within the last 6 months. 6. Please fill in all blanks accurately, as incomplete forms will not be processed. 7. Fields with * must be filled out. 8. After submission, you can modify your personal information on 'My Page’at www.asean-koreaceosummit.com 9. Hotel reservations can be made only after completing your registration. 10.   Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment of one-night deposit is required to secure room reservation. 11.
